Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) is a comprehensive, integrated crisis intervention program. It includes a range of support services to assist individuals and organizations in responding to critical incidents and natural disasters. These services include:

• Pre-incident planning, preparation, and training
• Crisis assessment and strategic planning
• Individual and group crisis interventions
• Family support services
• Post-incident training

I have provided over 200 CISM services to federal, state, county and local law enforcement and fire service agencies throughout Arizona, California and Florida.
