Douglas Cyr, MPA, LMFT, FAAETS is a behavioral health leader, educator, and nationally recognized speaker with more than two decades of experience helping first responders, healthcare professionals, and organizations build healthier, more sustainable careers.
A 2017 graduate of the Marist College School of Management, Douglas was the first non-first responder to receive a scholarship through the college’s Law Enforcement and Emergency Services Partnership. For more than 17 years, he has provided Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) services for law enforcement agencies throughout Northern California and currently serves as a trainer for the California Highway Patrol and the San Francisco Police Department Crisis Intervention Team.
Douglas is a Certified Instructor with the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF) and the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI).
He is the founder of The EuZen Institute™, where he develops evidence-based educational programs that translate research into practical strategies for improving sleep, strengthening health, supporting ethical decision-making, and promoting long-term professional wellbeing.
